Connectable is a fully online, searchable, mobile-compatible, real-time performance management platform designed specifically for Executive Associations. It aims to optimize communication and streamline management processes within these organizations.

Leads

• Members can input leads via their smartphone or desktop device. Leads designated for all members are displayed on a communal feed, ensuring visibility for everyone. Conversely, leads assigned to a specific member trigger a push notification directly to that individual.

Reports

• The platform offers comprehensive metrics on guest conversions, member attrition rates, and individual performance indicators such as attendance and participation levels. These reports can be generated with a simple click and are available for download or printing.

Newsletters

• The system eliminates the need for the Executive Director (ED) to manually compile leads, announcements, member acknowledgments, or upcoming events for newsletters. Information entered throughout the week is automatically available, with members able to customize their preferences regarding the content they receive and delivery timing—all without ED intervention.

Attendance

• During meetings, the ED records attendance by selecting participating members and guests directly within the platform. This process allows the ED to focus on facilitating the meeting rather than administrative tasks.

Dashboard

• The dashboard integrates all relevant information, enabling EDs to customize visible components such as upcoming events, testimonials, acknowledgments, open categories, announcements, performance metrics, and attendance data. These can be rearranged or hidden as needed. For members, the dashboard serves as a centralized hub for all event details and personal performance metrics.

Calendar

• Event management is streamlined through the platform’s calendar feature. EDs can add one-time or recurring meetings, with members given options to download these events into their personal calendars or view them directly on their Connectable dashboard.

Noticeboard

• The noticeboard provides a space for members to upload information related to open houses, anniversaries, social gatherings, and other events. This functionality reduces reliance on the ED for disseminating event details via email, promoting more autonomous communication among members.
